Affiliate program terms

These terms apply to everyone in the Cardinal Energy Solutions affiliate program.

1. Joining

Joining is free. There is no fee, purchase or minimum sales requirement.
Cardinal reviews every application and may approve or decline it for any lawful reason.
You must be at least 18 and give accurate contact information.

Once approved, you get a personal referral link, a QR code and a private portal link. Keep your portal link private.
You also get a personal 10% discount code for your own equipment purchases. It is for your use only. Don't share or post it.
A sale counts as your referral when the buyer purchases through your link, or when Cardinal records the sale as referred by you.

You earn 10% of the equipment price on eligible sales you refer. Shipping, freight, delivery and taxes are not included.
Sales to anyone count, including people, businesses, friends and relatives.
No commission is paid on your own purchases or your own business's purchases. Use your 10% discount code for those instead. You get the discount or commission on a purchase, never both.
No commission is paid on equipment you buy and resell yourself.
If your personal discount code is used by someone else, that purchase earns no commission.
There are no payments for recruiting other affiliates.

Commission stays pending until the payment clears and 30 days have passed, then Cardinal reviews and approves it.
If a sale is refunded, cancelled or disputed, its commission is reversed. If it was already released, the same amount is deducted from your balance.

You can take your released commission as cash or use it as credit toward Cardinal equipment.
Cash payouts are sent by a method Cardinal offers, such as bank transfer or Zelle. Cardinal may ask for a W-9 before paying, and may issue a 1099 for payments that meet IRS reporting thresholds. You are responsible for your own taxes.
Credit has no cash value until you request a payout, can't be transferred to someone else, and can't go below zero.

Be honest. Don't make income, earnings or savings promises, and don't say equipment is free.
Don't claim to be a Cardinal employee, agent or distributor, or that you hold a territory.
Don't use spam, fake reviews, misleading ads, or Cardinal's name in paid search ads without written permission.
Follow all laws that apply to you, including advertising disclosure rules. Tell people you may earn a commission.

You are an independent affiliate, not an employee, partner, franchisee or agent of Cardinal.
No territory or exclusive rights are granted. Others may refer the same people or area.
Earnings are not guaranteed and depend only on real, completed sales.

Cardinal may update these terms or the commission rate. Changes apply to sales made after the update is posted.
You may leave the program at any time. Cardinal may suspend or end your participation, especially for breaking these terms.
If your participation ends for any reason other than fraud or a breach of these terms, Cardinal will still pay commission you already earned under these terms.
